Fairmont The Palm also features an expansive pool and beach area with a health club, Serenity Spa Dubai - The Art Of Well Being and the Fairmont Falcons Kids’ Club.Job DescriptionConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menuAssist guest with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities etc.Assist guests with product information and retail salesProvide guest information relating to spa menu and special offersMaintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standardsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesReports any problems or questions to SupervisorAttends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift.Clean and tidy the areas when necessaryTo report any equipment malfunctioning.To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazardOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious Spa or Hospitality experience preferredMinimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone SpaStrong administrative skills including Excel SpreadsheetsBook4Time experience mandatoryCPR and First Aid certification preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
