We are seeking motivated and reliable Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a fully remote team in Bulgaria. You will be part of an international healthcare-related project (brand name confidential), providing guidance, assistance, and solutions to Spanish-speaking customers.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping people, resolving inquiries, and delivering high-quality customer service. Previous experience in customer support is helpful but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.This role is exclusively available to residents of Bulgaria, and all the necessary equipment to perform your duties will be provided by the company.Role SummaryAs a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients. You will provide accurate information, assist with questions and issues, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Your contributions will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the overall success of the project.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care. Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes. Assist customers in resolving issues, troubleshooting concerns, and escalating complex matters when required. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in internal systems. Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new policies, tools, and service practices. Offer suggestions for process improvements and enhanced customer experience.
