This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to play a key part in shaping the Corporation’s future by enabling talent and driving strategic initiatives.As Specialist Organisational Development, you’ll focus on workforce planning, work design, and strategic talent management — ensuring our people are empowered to deliver on the organisation’s vision. Your expertise will help build a workforce that is agile, aligned, and ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.About YouYour role as a Specialist Organisational Development:Coordinate the rollout of a business-wide talent program that supports workforce planning, succession, performance, and internal mobility.Identify key roles that are critical now and in the future, and determine when action is needed to fill or develop them.Work with stakeholders to analyse workforce supply and demand, and suggest actions to close any gaps.Create data-driven models to forecast talent needs, both current and future.Coordinate the creation of a company-wide skills and competency framework that supports recruitment, development, and career progression.Support the rollout of a Human Capital Management system to improve workforce planning and performance tracking.Help teams adopt new processes for performance, development, and succession planning, including running ‘People Days’ and scenario planning sessions.Conduct 360-degree feedback sessions with leaders and guide them through their results to support growth.Collaborate with the People and Culture team on projects and provide expert advice and data insights to support decisions.Stay up to date with workforce trends and best practices, and recommend improvements based on research.Prepare reports and briefings for senior leaders on workforce analysis and other key topics.We Are Looking For Someone With The BelowTertiary qualification in PsychologyDemonstrated experience in organisational development and workforce planning practices.Proficiency with workforce planning tools and/or analytics softwareOur BenefitsFlexible work including purchased leave, leave at half pay and access to pro-rata long service leavePaid and unpaid parental leaveTraining and developmentCompetitive salaries and employee discountsCharity and volunteer initiativesIncome protection after an accident or illnessHealth and wellness programs, including an Employee Assistance ProgramSalary sacrifice – superannuation contributions.So go on, make your mark.
