We are proud to be a multi-great place to work award winner.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Specialist Retail Media Partnerships to join the team and focus on growing andbuilding within our Retail Media Partnerships function within Quick commerce businessWhat’s On Your Plate?Post-Campaign AnalysisCollect and analyze campaign data, including performance metrics and keyperformance indicators (KPIs).Prepare detailed post-campaign reports and insights to evaluate the success ofcampaigns.Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for futurecampaigns.DocumentationMaintain detailed campaign documentation, including schedules, budgets, andcreative assets.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for campaignexecution and analysis.Internal CommunicationCollaborate with account managers to understand partner requirements andexpectations.Communicate regularly with partners to update them on campaign progress andresults.Address partner inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.Performance Tracking:Continuously monitor campaigns to track performance and ensure they meet setobjectives.Make data-driven recommendations for adjustments or optimizations during thecampaign.Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with account managers, creative teams, and digital advertisingspecialists to ensure campaigns align with partner goals and strategies.Communicate effectively to ensure all teams are aligned with campaign executionand analysis.QualificationsWhat Did We Order?Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.Prior experience in campaign analysis, execution, or a similar role is preferred.
