We help people live a better, healthier, and fitter lifestyle.We are looking for a Specialist Technical Product Management based in our offices at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) in Belval, Luxembourg.WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the technical transfer of finished products from formulation development into manufacturing sitesCoordinate CMO onboarding and readiness for new productsDrive and coordinate scale-up activities (pilot batches → first industrial production)Create and maintain integrated technical launch plans across stakeholdersDefine, track, and enforce milestones, deliverables, and timelinesIdentify technical risks early and lead mitigation planning and executionAlign internal functions to a single technical truth and drive decision-makingLead technical readiness checks prior to production approval and releaseServe as the technical lead interface toward CMO project managersEnsure technical alignment between internal functions and external partnersOwn technical coordination of post-launch change activities including raw material changes and specification updatesEnsure compliant and controlled implementation of changes into routine manufacturingTake technical ownership after development freezesEnsure long-term manufacturability, compliance stability, and process robustnessMaintain technical oversight to avoid deviations, supply risks, and quality instabilityWHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:M.Sc.
