In 2023, the company achieved approximately USD 4.54 billion in revenue and employed over 10,000 people worldwide, committed to advancing sustainable development in the global construction industry.What you’ll do:Develop product and/or system specification in anti corrosion in projects at key influencer’s level via face to face meeting or conducting technical seminar. Forge positive synergy with commercial and marketing department. Provide feedback on products and sales tools gap. Grow Business Unit sales and profits:Prioritize geography/country and target design institutesBuild project list and take ownership to generate growth.Create and/or identify opportunities to optimize the core business & product portfolio.Conduct technical presentations to professional groups and influencers.Specify OYH Hamgar products and/or systems in key petra-chemcial, energy, mining, , industrial and infra-structure projects.Adapt value proposition of new product and process innovation for local marketWork closely with sales team & channels during specification selling activitiesInteract with HQ Technical & R&D experts on offering technical solutions to users.Act as interface between local distributor, and OYH commercial team.Keep abreast of product approvals and monitorinbg codes and standards development.Acquire in depth knowledge of local construction codes, architectural design preference, the competitive landscape to assit distributor and Grace to develop programs and initiatives to win in the marketplace.Collaborate with other Business Units to identify synergies and implement new profitable growth opportunitiesKeep abreast of new products or systems available in the rest of OYH’s full system, especially in geotextile and waterproofing via respective product groupWhat you’ll bring:Specific skillsRelated chemistry or civil engineering backgroundConfident with a winning mentality & attitudeSound time & territory management skillGood interpersonal and influencing skillsPositive overall outlook and attitude with a strong belief in the ability to improve and optimize own and the organization performance.Natural curiosity about issues and ability to think through problems holisticallyUnderstand value propositions and value based selling.Strong customer focus mindsetAbility to work independently and under pressureGood English verbal and written communication skillAUTOCAD ability is a plus.ExperienceMin 5 year of relevant industry & portfolio experience.Waterproofing and project tracking expertise a plusEducationPreferred to possess University degree in a Civil Engineering or Material Science.
