Speech Pathologist (new graduates welcome)

If you are interested in moving to the beautiful Illawarra, we are willing to consider some relocation costs!!!Covering the Illawarra and Macarthur areas, we are open to working in a way that suits you, whether that be as a contractor, part-time or full-time employee. The role would suit a range of candidates. We are in the process of building our business, which will give you the chance to influence the type of cases you see. It is also likely that you will not commence with a full caseload, enabling you to support the team to build our business.If you are an early career clinician, we are dedicated to supporting you to learn and develop your skills, offering you supervision with the Director. We will also provide opportunities for you to engage in observation sessions with other companies, so that you can continue to be exposed to a range of different clinical experiences.If you are an experienced clinician you may enjoy some of the novel service delivery models that we use, including working alongside our Recreation Therapist. We also frequently work with allied health assistants, providing you with opportunities to increase practice intensity with your clients, pick up new clients or maintain work life balance.You will work with both paediatric and adults clients, however if you have a particular area of interest, we would be open to exploring this with you.
