You'll have the chance to manage and optimize content, collaborate with tech and content teams to enhance user experiences, and see your work directly impact global audiences.If you're passionate about sports, eager to grow, and ready to make a real difference, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, excitement, and career growth.Role OverviewUse the internal CMS to create and update content for client websites, following content plans and guidelines.Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure site features are relevant, functional, and meet client expectations.Adjust module ordering and display hierarchy to highlight key events and Sportsbook propositions for target audiences.Leverage your sports knowledge to suggest upcoming events or competitions that can drive commercial impact for clients.Apply multilingual translations by editing and uploading CSV files with large data sets.Respond to queries and escalate issues from other departments to ensure quick resolutions.Collaborate with content management and tech teams to support feature development, including QA checks and A/B testing.Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and adopt best practices.Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to add value to the team.This Could Be ‘you’ If You Can DemonstrateWe're dedicated to ensuring you hit the ground running with our onboarding program, equipping you with in-depth training on our systems and procedures.
