Combining creativity, precision, and strategic insight, we bring bold stories to life with expert execution. Role Description:This is a full-time role for a Videographer, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Videographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content through expert camera operation, managing lighting setups, and shooting on location. The role includes collaborating with the production team to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting the storytelling process to meet project goals and deadlines.ResponsibilitiesFilm videos for a variety of clients and formats (commercial, corporate, lifestyle, travel, and UGC projects);Develop visual concepts — from framing and composition to mood and rhythm;Edit and color grade in DaVinci Resolve;Contribute creatively throughout the process — from idea to final delivery;Help organize shoots (locations, equipment, lighting, set).QualificationsProficiency in Video Production, including pre-production preparation and on-site executionExpertise in Camera Operation and Shooting Video with various professional camera systemsStrong knowledge of Lighting setups and techniques to achieve desired visual effectsAttention to detail and a keen eye for creative visuals and compositionAbility to work collaboratively as part of a production teamFlexibility to adapt to tight deadlines and dynamic project requirementsExperience in video editing or post-productionA driving license is a plus (some shoots take place outside Sofia).Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.What we offerFlexible working hours and the option for partial remote work;The opportunity to work on real, diverse, and inspiring projects;A creative environment where ideas matter and everyone’s contribution is valued;The potential for long-term collaboration with a supportive and passionate team.If this sounds like you — send us a short introduction and your portfolio (links or reels).
