Manager Pharmaceutical Production

With established expertise in the wholesale trade of medicines, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics, we are one of the leading distributors of pharmaceutical products in Bulgaria.As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a Production Manager to join our team.What We Offer✔ Stability and integrity – a permanent employment contract and competitive remuneration; ✔ Additional benefits – including supplementary health insurance; ✔ Comfortable working environment – a modern logistics base with excellent facilities for work and rest; ✔ Positive atmosphere – teamwork and a supportive environment; ✔ Development – opportunities for professional growth.Main Responsibilities✔ Organize, manage, and control activities related to the secondary repackaging of medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetic products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and applicable legislation; ✔ Participate in all processes related to the implementation and compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS); ✔ Take part in internal audits concerning the production of medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics; ✔ Analyze and eliminate non-conformities identified during the production process; ✔ Participate in updating QMS procedures and templates related to production; ✔ Participate in activities related to collecting, storing, and sharing information with the company’s Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance in cases of reported Adverse Drug Reactions or Adverse Events, in accordance with the company’s pharmacovigilance policy; ✔ Organize and conduct trainings related to the requirements for the production of medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics; ✔ Report to senior management on topics related to production activities.Requirements✔ Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry; ✔ Minimum of two years of practical experience in pharmaceutical production; ✔ Proficiency in English; ✔ Computer literacy; ✔ Excellent communication skills; ✔ Strong analytical skills; ✔ Ability to work effectively in a team; ✔ Valid driving license.If you are passionate about innovation in the pharmaceutical industry and motivated for continuous professional development, we would be delighted to receive your CV.
