SQA Engineer

We work with the world's largest Semiconductor Foundries (TSMC, SMIC, Global Foundries etc.) as well as Independent Device Manufacturers such as Intel, Microsoft, Monolithic Power Systems to name just a few.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Design, write, and execute manual test cases based on specifications. Perform functional, UI, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. Log, track, and verify defects and issues using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues. Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing. Provide clear and concise documentation for test plans, test cases, and test results. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA reviews. Continuously learn and improve QA practices. Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar) to design and execute automated test scripts.Ability to identify opportunities for automation and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines is a plus.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Excel/Google Sheets.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.1 - 4 years of experience in a QA role.Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in test automation using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Basic knowledge of SQL or additional automation frameworks is a plus.
