We are committed to connecting Latin America with the world through e-commerce.The opportunityWe are looking for a full-time, experienced, and self-motivated Sr. Account Manager to drive the growth in the US.You will be responsible for executing the sales strategy in the US including, but not limited to:Develop and nurture mid- and long-term strategic partnerships with US sellers.Build growth strategies to maximize sales and account performance.Negotiate commercial agreements with sellers to secure win-win outcomes.Monitor and analyze key metrics to ensure targets are met.Ensure sellers maintain high performance standards, while advising them on improvements to ensure efficient operations that drive account growth.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Channels, Operations, Product) to ensure smooth onboarding and scaling of sellers.Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the US eCommerce space.Provide support to the China Account Management team.What experience will help you in this role:Experience in crossborder ecommerce and/or global sellingExperience working with online Marketplaces and/or online sellers aggregatorsKnowledge of SQLExperience navigating databasesNetwork of ecommerce sellers based in the US is a plusFluency in englishWhat do we value the most?Ownership, results-driven mindsetFeel comfortable with dynamic changes as well as high speed growthTeam player with an international multicultural mindsetEmpathy
