This is where you are empowered to do your best work.Your role at VantiveThe Senior Analyst - A2R Inventory is responsible for A2R complex and non-complex activities related to the various manufacturing and commercial sites in a region. The role requires understanding of complex accounting matters, quick problem-solving skills and strong collaboration with other finance and non-finance teams.What You'll Be DoingPrepare manual journals as needed with adequate supporting documentationResponsible for preparing complex reserves such as E&O, NRV etc.Prepare complex manufacturing variance analysis as neededPrepare complex Inventory Analysis as needed.Complete complex account reconciliations in Blackline per established deadlinesRespond to queries from local country finance in a timely mannerProvide audit support as neededSupport regional and global reporting requirements such as monthly Balance Sheet & P&L Flux analysisSupport monthly/quarterly/annual close processesEnsure adherence of processes to company's policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations; support strengthening of financial processes and controlsSupport local, regional, and global projects, as requiredMaintain focus on continuous process improvement opportunitiesWhat You'll BringMinimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.Background in Inventory and/or Manufacturing accountingProven experience in a multinational environment and/or Share Service.Strong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills, diplomatic, flexible and “can do” mind-setFluent in both written and spoken English (B2+)Strong reporting tools including MS Excel, Word and PowerPointBachelor’s degree in Finance/AccountingAbility and willingness to travel internationally as requiredExperience in JDE, Blackline, Alteryx and W-Desk is an advantageAdditional hours at critical times (e.g., month-end) may be required.
