Our international clients are comprised of key venture capital firms, UHNW groups, institutions, multi-family offices and fund / asset managers primarily in the GCC.The Senior Associate – Investments plays a pivotal role in leading transaction execution, managing client mandates, and driving analytical and strategic deliverables across the investment lifecycle. Operating under the guidance of the Principal Investment Manager, the Senior Associate oversees analysts, leads due diligence and valuation efforts, engages directly with clients, and contributes to the development of investment strategies and recommendations.This role is ideal for professionals at the Manager level, with 8–10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, who seek to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced, international investment advisory environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of investment mandates, from opportunity screening to transaction closure.Drive due diligence, valuation modelling, and financial structuring across multiple sectors and geographies.Prepare comprehensive Investment Committee (IC) materials and ensure timely delivery of client-ready outputs.Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring analytical rigor, accuracy, and professional development.Act as the primary client interface, leading presentations, investment discussions, and advisory engagements.Contribute to investment strategy formulation and provide actionable insights for portfolio optimization and exits.Oversee financial models, scenario analyses, and risk assessments to support decision-making.Collaborate with senior management to improve internal processes, knowledge sharing, deal pipeline management, and reporting frameworks.Support ongoing performance tracking, investor reporting, and post-investment monitoring.Ensure full compliance with client and internal documentation, policies, and quality standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).CFA qualification (Level III completed or in progress) or equivalent certification highly desirable.Experience:8–10 years of progressive experience in private equity, public markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management.Demonstrated track record in leading transactions, financial analysis, and client advisory.Experience managing small teams and overseeing complex deliverables.Skills & Attributes:Strong analytical, modelling, and valuation expertise.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic and commercial mindset, capable of synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.Client-focused, proactive, and results-oriented approach.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Why Join UsASR Global Services offers a dynamic, inclusive, and performance-driven environment where expertise and initiative are valued.
