You will be a part of our most innovative projects, ensuring our environments are secure, scalable, and efficient.Daily challengesCloud & datacenter architecture: Design, build, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable hybrid infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environmentsFull-stack systems management: Provide hands-on engineering expertise across servers, cloud resources, and storage systems, with a strong understanding of databases, applications, and network infrastructureAutomation & optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to automate deployment, monitoring, and management tasks to increase efficiency and reliabilityProject execution: Drive and manage the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring milestones are met and issues are resolved promptlyStakeholder communication: Develop and deliver clear presentations to leadership and other teams to communicate strategy, status updates, and performance metricsData analysis: Use strong data analysis and Excel skills to understand and reconcile cost, inventory, trend, risk, and performance metricsCollaboration: Work closely with developers, security, operations, and other stakeholders to integrate best practices across the technology stackDocumentation & support: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure designs, configurations, and processes; provide technical guidance and support to other team membersContinuous improvement: Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to advance our infrastructure capabilitiesExperience And Skills Required6+ years of experience in cloud and systems engineering roles6+ years of Windows and Linux administration experience6+ years of experience configuring and administering various web server technologies (IIS, Tomcat, Websphere, etc)4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud servicesStrong full-stack understanding of both Datacenter and Cloud patterns and best practices for applications, servers, serverless compute, databases, and networkingStrong experience with toolsets for supporting systems, reporting, and ITIL (Rapid7, Crowdstrike, Ivanti, Elasticsearch, Splunk, Dynatrace, PowerBI, Jira, ServiceNow, etc)Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar)Demonstrated ability to drive execution of complex projects with multiple stakeholdersExcellent data analysis and advanced Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills — ability to articulate ideas and thoughts clearly across varied contexts and mediumsStrong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvementITIL or other service management frameworksProven experience in directly and indirectly leading engineering teams and projectsAbility to quickly and independently learn, discover, and understand new technologies, products, software, and deploymentsRelevant AWS and Microsoft certifications preferredCompany BenefitsCompetitive remuneration packageAdditional Medical & Life insurance4 days additional paid leave (total: 24 days)Food vouchersTraining, continuous learning and career development in the largest IT company on the marketUnlimited access to courses from a bunch of external partners for the best learner's experience (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Udemy)Access to a foreign language learning platformStable employment in an international companyAdvancement opportunities within the organization (a variety of interesting projects with an array of technologies and tools)DXC Partner courses and certifications (Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, AWS, Google, Dell Technologies, IBM, Microfocus, Salesforce, Red Hat, VMware, Workday)Employee Referral Program - a financial bonus for the referrer for successful candidate recommendationEmployee Recognition Program with points assigned by colleagues for the recognized employees (exchangeable for prizes)Employee Assistance Program (providing 24/7 support for employees and their families in difficult life situations)Opportunity to join our numerous charity and ecology-related events organized by our Employee Ambassadors teamWe Deliver eXcellence for our Customers and colleagues every day.
