Founded in 1867, the company today has around 22,000 employees, sales of € 5.5 billion and locations in over 60 countries worldwide and is thus one of the larger family-owned companies in Europe.Voith Turbo is looking forSr. Commercial Officer Sr. Commercial OfficerResponsibilitiesContract commercial Terms& Condition review & risk control, and submit proposal to sales dept. on bidding activities including checking commercial terms deviation etc.Fill in cost pre-calculation schemaSet up Sales Quotes and Sales Orders in ERP system (Navision)Order handling working with Sales and PJMBilling process and payment trackingMonitor Account ReceivableCreation and maintenance master data, filling and reportingConduct commercial standard contract and comply to company directives and regulations;Create delivery note & documentRequirements:5+ years’ working experiences in commercial operationsSolid commercial skills in commercial risk analysis, contract management and order handlingEffective project, time and document management skills and ability to multi-taskingAbility to interact with sales and cross functions to achieve a successful order processing from start to finishGood understanding of core business processesBasic finance, accounting and legal knowledgeFluent in both written and oral EnglishAdvanced computer skills and profound usage of MS Office, experience in Navision is preferred
