Sr Front-End Engineer (React)

Our client is an AI-native operational intelligence platform that empowers organizations to monitor smarter and operate with maximum efficiency. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of our frontend and help shape the user experience of our product.The Senior Frontend Engineer will lead frontend development, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience. Other responsibilities include:Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and optimization of frontend features using React (Vite), TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.Design and implement custom, reusable UI components with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.Manage application state effectively using Zustand/Redux.Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.Collaborate closely with backend engineers and company founders to deliver seamless product experiences.Translate business and user requirements into elegant technical solutions.Take full ownership of frontend development, driving improvements in performance, scalability, and maintainability.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Frontend Engineer.Strong expertise with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and modern state management (Zustand/Redux).Proven ability to design and build custom UI/UX components (ShadCN, MUI or similar).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
