Our solutions save time, reduce costs, and ensure accuracy.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Manager, based in Bangalore.The Senior HR will oversee the complete HR lifecycle — from talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee engagement to policy formulation, grievance management, and organizational structuring.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles across technical and non-technical roles. Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team. Implement effective sourcing strategies, vendor management, and employer branding initiatives. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee payroll processing, employee records, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.). Maintain HRIS data accuracy and ensure policy adherence. Liaise with finance and external auditors for HR-related documentation. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as the point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution. Drive engagement programs, feedback systems, and retention strategies. Promote a positive, transparent, and performance-driven culture. Performance Management & Learning Implement appraisal frameworks and KPI tracking. Partner with department heads for training and skill development programs. Align learning initiatives with organizational goals. Strategic HR & Organizational Development Support leadership with organizational design, manpower planning, and role structuring. Develop HR policies, SOPs, and process improvement initiatives. Contribute to culture building and long-term people strategy. Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of 2+ team members, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery. Set clear performance expectations and provide growth opportunities for team members. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience across recruitment, compliance, HR operations, payroll, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR audits. Proficiency in HRIS tools, Zoho People or similar platforms preferred. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage companies (SaaS or Financial Services) is a plus.
