This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Senior HR Manager will partner closely with corporate and plant management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote organizational effectiveness. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-up project, contributing to the development of a state-of-the-art facility and shaping its future through innovative HR practices.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for those holding PHR or SPHR certification. A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience is required, including expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and organizational development. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices is essential. The candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with proven experience in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making. Experience in building trusted relationships, researching solutions, and providing credible HR guidance to leadership is highly valued. Additionally, the ability to lead and develop HR teams effectively is critical for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while aligning with corporate and regional business strategies.Partner with management at the corporate and plant levels to advise on HR planning, policy interpretation, employee relations, and change management initiatives.Manage core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and employee services.Act as a trusted HR advisor to resolve employee issues, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.Develop and implement strategies to maintain a union-free environment, enhance organizational effectiveness, and improve employee morale and productivity.Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees regarding policies, performance improvement, and career development opportunities.Lead investigations into employee concerns, recommend appropriate actions, and ensure confidentiality and fairness throughout processes.Monitor and analyze HR programs and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.Ensure legal compliance by staying current with employment laws and collaborating with Legal teams as necessary.Build and maintain internal and external HR networks, including partnerships with industry organizations and community resources.Train, develop, and mentor HR team members to support operational needs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.BenefitsOur comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $104,625 to $174,375 annually, complemented by a 20% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
