The Pinkvilla team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive. Managing the hiring initiatives on the various platforms, providing administrative support, assisting with the hiring processAbout PinkVilla:Pinkvilla is one of the largest digital websites in the entertainment, lifestyle, and fashion categories with 30 million unique users and 21 million social media followersKey ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing:Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.Utilize social media platforms and headhunting techniques to attract top talent.Perform cold calling to reach potential candidates.Recruitment Operations:Create and update job descriptions tailored to specific roles.Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth scheduling process.Follow up on interview processes and update stakeholders on the status.Employee Lifecycle Management:Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.Skills and QualificationsA minimum of 5+ years experience in an HR recruiter role, preferably in the Media/Digital industries.Proven expertise in recruitment processes, including sourcing, headhunting, and candidate evaluation.Strong knowledge of social media platforms and job boards for recruitment purposes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
