This Sr. Brand Manager will be in charge of designing and implementing our China AD Innovation Readiness Strategy and new launch readiness for future indications. In addition to marketing, the Sr. Brand Manager will work with cross-functional teams engaging with local government and scientific communities to support the advancement of the local ecosystem, the B2G Strategy.While the tasks will be evolving, below are key responsibilities of the Diagnostics & Innovation :Work with Marketing (Brand, Diagnosis, Consumer, Omni-Channel Engagement, Market Research, etc.), Corporate Affairs, Medical Affairs to build national and regional Operation Plan to improve ecosystem readiness for innovationWork with Diagnosis related internal and external counterparts to drive execution to improve testing uptake Support our AD portfolio’s Innovation Readiness and future indication Launch Readiness coordination Desired CharacteristicsTeam player, self-awarenessLearning agility, analytical, critical and strategic thinkingInfluencing skills and ability to connect both with senior leaders and field teamsSelf-starter, driven and sense of ownershipHighest standards of ethics Desirable Requirements and Essential QualificationBachelor in either life science or businessMasters in business related field is a plusExperience in innovative medicine(s) is a mustExperience in diagnostics, vaccines, and/or neuroscience is a plusExperience in cross-functional leadership & Project Management ownershipExperience working closely with global/IBU teams is a plusVery good command of English, written/oralVery good command of Chinese, written/oralLilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
