We're always on the lookout for energetic, creative people to join our team.Your New Role…This position leads cross-functional efforts to operationalize key enterprise priorities and strategic initiatives for DC Comics. The role drives initiatives from development through implementation, shaping business strategies and delivering measurable outcomes. It provides strategic leadership and fosters collaboration across internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively to deliver long-term value.Your Role Accountabilities…•    Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that advance DC Comics’ enterprise goals, with a focus on operational efficiency, revenue growth, and long-term business impact. Define initiative scope, success metrics, timelines, and ensure delivery of meaningful outcomes.•    Operationalize high-level DC strategies by developing clear, actionable plans and guiding cross-functional efforts through to completion. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Editorial, Sales & Marketing, and Production) to align on goals, define execution paths, and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively. Serve as the primary owner for initiative progress and outcomes, maintaining transparency, timely delivery, and stakeholder alignment throughout each initiative’s lifecycle.•    Assess and prioritize strategic opportunities based on opportunity size, feasibility, time to impact, risk, and ROI. Provide recommendations to leadership on prioritization and resource allocation.•    Analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and internal performance to inform strategic direction and shape long-term planning.•    Develop and manage OKRs and performance metrics for strategic initiatives. Monitor progress against targets, provide regular updates to leadership, and leverage data, benchmarks, and historical performance to inform strategic decisions.•    Lead strategic working groups and drive cross-functional alignment across departments and levels. Influence without authority to build consensus and secure commitment from stakeholders. Present recommendations and updates to DC’s senior leadership team.•    Mentor, guide, and support to junior team members, contributing to a culture of strategic thinking, collaboration, and professional growth.•    Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Experience…Work Experience •    At least eight (8) years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, management consulting, and/or modeling and process analysis required.•    Relevant media/entertainment, comics/publishing industry, and/or digital product experience preferred.Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or a related field required, or equivalent experience required.•    Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.Knowledge and Skillswith stakeholders and business partners.•    Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and in writing) with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization, as well as with external stakeholders (such as vendors).•    Must have the ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, exercise sound judgment, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.•    Must have the ability to organize, manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously, and work well under time constraints to meet deadlines.•    Must have the ability to pay close attention to details and handle/maintain confidential material with discretion.•    Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required.•    Proficiency using Monday.com strongly preferred. Familiarity with other project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Miro) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.Other Requirements•    Must be able to travel as needed approximately 15% of the time.•    Must have the flexibility to respond to occasional off-hours (nights and weekends) business needs.How We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
