Job Description

With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.This is a part-time role, which required at least 2 days a week.What you will doIntegrated Campaigns: Execute product launches, ads, and promotional materials to drive sales and market share.Media & Vendor Management: Strategize media spend and manage external agencies (PR, designers, printers) for maximum ROI.Retail & Visual Merchandising: Lead clinic branding, POSM inventory, and "consumer experience" layouts in line with brand guidelines.Data-Driven Analysis: Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.Regional & Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the APAC marketing team and internal clinicians to align local activities with regional strategy.What you bringExperience: At least 3 years in retail marketing (CPG or durables) with a mix of B2B and B2C experience.Event & POSM Ownership: Proven ability to plan and execute marketing events and retail displays from concept (0-1) to final production.Strategic & Creative Thinking: Skilled in creative POSM design, data-driven analysis of customer feedback, and budget/inventory management.Communication & Vendor Relations: Excellent English skills with the ability to lead internal teams and manage external setup/creative agencies.Professional Mindset: An energetic, multitasker with an entrepreneurial spirit who can meet tight deadlines and travel as required.Who we areAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.Sounds wonderful?
