This position is based inNew Cairo and operates in a hybrid work environment, combining on-site presence for keymeetings, shoots, and events with flexible remote work for planning and communication tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement PR strategies that elevate brand visibility and reputation.Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, press, and media outlets across regions.Manage PR campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with Woroods brand toneand aesthetics.Oversee PR package planning and coordination from selection to dispatch and coveragetracking.Prepare press materials, brand stories, and collaboration briefs with a refined and consistentvoice.Monitor and analyze PR performance, media coverage, and campaign impact.Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to maintain consistentmessaging.Support event communications and manage PR activities during brand launches and mediagatherings.QualificationsBachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.25 years of experience in fashion, beauty, or luxury PR.Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic.Excellent understanding of influencer marketing and digital PR trends.Strong coordination, multitasking, and reporting abilities.Keen eye for detail, visual storytelling, and luxury positioning.Personality & FitArticulate, polished, and highly organized.Emotionally intelligent and relationship-driven.Able to handle high-volume projects with grace and precision.
