About the Role: A professional training and development company is seeking a highly skilled Training Content Writer to join its team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality training materials, using research-based methodologies, and crafting engaging content for both trainers and trainees.Responsibilities:Develop professional training package content (Training Kits) with high-quality structure and clarity.Use research tools and scientific research methods to collect, analyze, and validate information.Create and enhance Trainer Guides and Trainee Workbooks.Design educational activities, exercises, and practical training tasks.Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and instructional design standards.Requirements:Proven experience in developing training materials or instructional content.Strong research skills and the ability to analyze information using academic methodologies.High proficiency in Arabic academic writing and educational content formulation.Ability to structure training modules logically and pedagogically.Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
