Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionThe Data Protection Platform Product Manager is a global role that is responsible for the product roadmap and strategic direction for use of Internal and external PKI services, Sectigo suite of products, AWS and Azure based PKI and CLM would be a. You will work with business stakeholders, development, operations technical teams and clients to understand application usage, gather requirements, and represent the product by communicating strategy and roadmap.You have proven experience as the liaison between the business and technical teams. This means collaborating across product teams, predicting future scenarios and needs ahead of others, and most importantly an expert in the needs of our customers and how your products work. You will be responsible for establishing deep product expertise from a product and market perspective by understanding user personas, features and functionality, value proposition, architecture, competitive landscape, and market trends to drive/own the Data Protection platform product strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. You keep current leveraging market intelligence, regulatory shifts, end user/client/internal stakeholder feedback to define and prioritize enhancements and new products into a product roadmap.You are an expert in the Agile framework and driving the adoption of Agile processes and tools. You will also write product requirements, communicate priorities for sprint and release plans, participate in backlog refinement and retrospectives. This role is also responsible for tracking product key performance indicators (KPIs).Responsibilities IncludeCreate a clear product vision, evangelize, and communicate 'the story' effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the teamDefine the Data Protection product platform strategy, partner with third party vendors on upcoming product features and build a roadmap for B2B, B2E and B2C spaces, while managing stakeholders across the organization including the business, engineering, and support teamsFoster a productive working environment by promoting relationships, give feedback, encourage team cohesion, and collaborate both internally and with other teamsCollaborate with cross functional team members to prioritize projects to align with business goalsLeverage Agile principles and methodologies, including owning the team backlogs, defining, and prioritizing epics, features, user stories and other artifacts to support development goalsBrings commercial expertise, and draws on external sources to prioritize and help reshape the product vision and roadmapQualifications RequiredWhat your background looks like7+ years' experience in PKI and Digital certificate Management experience in the following areas:Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the PKI service roadmap aligned with business and security goals. Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-safe cryptography, certificate automation).Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with InfoSec, IT Ops, DevOps, and application teams to understand PKI needs. Act as the voice of the customer for internal/external consumers of PKI services.Service Design & Delivery: Design scalable, secure, and compliant PKI architectures. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management of certificates.Governance & Compliance: Ensure PKI service complies with internal policies and external standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Manage certificate policies, key management practices, and audit readiness.Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and manage PKI and CLM vendorsMetrics & Reporting: Define KPIs for PKI service performance, adoption, and security posture. Provide regular reporting to leadership and audit teams.Incident & Risk Management: Support incident response related to certificate failures or key compromise. Conduct risk assessments and drive mitigation strategies.7+ years of product management or Service management experience with overall work experience of 10+ years.Embrace change and be flexibleStrong technical understanding and experience in agile delivery/development methodologiesExperience working with API integration and strong technical understanding of cloud-based platform architectureBachelor's / advanced degreeServiceNow experienceTechnical SkillsDeep understanding of PKI concepts: CAs, CRLs, OCSP, key pairs, certificate formats, Certificate lifecycle and Certificate use cases.Familiarity with cryptographic standards (RSA, ECC, SHA-2, etc.).Experience with certificate lifecycle automation and integration (e.g., ACME protocol).Knowledge of HSMs, secure key storage, and cryptographic APIs.Qualifications7+ years of product management or Service management experience with overall work experience of 10+ years.Additional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
