Since 2020, they’ve been designing and building products at the intersection of content, community, and commerce — empowering creators and content-driven businesses to transform their passions into sustainable platforms.About the role:Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, product strategy, and execution. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performing digital products — guiding projects from strategy and design through build and launch. The goal is to shape initiatives that leave a lasting impression on clients and their audiences.This role demands both operational rigor and a strong technical mindset. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects, refine delivery processes, and ensure all client work runs smoothly, efficiently, and with measurable impact. Acting as the central force of each project, this individual will unite teams and drive progress in the right direction.Key responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and clients.Plan, drive, and support the creation and launch of successful brand, web design & development projects.Own and manage delivery plans, timelines and scope. Forecast project resources, groom project financials and plan sprints with the other leaders on your team.Proactively identify, communicate and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle setting clear expectations and outcomes with our clients and adjusting plans and timelines as needed to keep deliverables on track.Manage the client and internal teams’ tasks, reviewing project needs and communicating weekly priorities, focus tasks, and upcoming milestones, ensuring everyone is focused on the same outcomes.Lead client communications with regular updates about milestones, progress, and risks, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring client stakeholders are aligned and prepared to make timely decisions. This ranges from running Zoom calls, to Slack posts and robust documentation.Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with team members and clients.Collaborate with other Project Managers to improve our internal processes and tools.Triage and prioritize incoming client requests, clarifying requirements and collaborating with design and engineering to determine impact and next steps.Required Skills & Experience:Must have:6+ years of experience as a Project or Product Manager in a digital agency.Deep understanding of UX/UI design, branding, and web development processes.Familiar with agile/waterfall methodologies, quick to learn new tools, and uses AI to boost efficiency.Experienced with Notion, Linear, and Figma, and comfortable recording Looms.Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment.Excellent communicator with strong remote collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented leader skilled in prioritization, problem-solving, and process improvement.Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)Based in LATAM Shift: Monday through Friday - Flexible schedule - Available to overlap 4 working hours with PSTPerks - What’s in it for you?Competitive compensation in USD100% remoteUnlimited PTOCanadian Holidays.Excellent and dynamic work environment.Opportunity to grow
