SAP Project Manager

Together, with more than 30,000 employees in 30 countries, we build to create limitless impact, reaching billions of lives in the process.About the Role:We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join the TMS LATAM Project, leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Project Management, with exposure to 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations.What You’ll Do:Manage and coordinate all project activities and milestones across stakeholder groups.Track project deliverables against defined timelines, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.Provide periodic progress updates and ensure issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.Maintain accurate project documentation on SharePoint, including schedules, risks, and status reports.Keep the PWA project plan current and ensure weekly status reporting.Coordinate project meetings, document key decisions, action items, and follow-ups.Prepare and execute Test Plans (SIT and UAT), as well as business and technical cut-over plans.Oversee testing progress, cut-over activities, and hyper-care defect resolution, providing regular reports.Manage Change Requests (CRs), ensuring proper review, approval, communication, and presentation at CAB meetings.Collaborate closely with Business, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in SAP Project Management.Proven exposure to 3PL and EDI processes.Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and change control processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills across multiple languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese).Experience with SharePoint, PWA, and standard project tracking/reporting tools.Ability to work in dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.Why Join Us:Be part of a mission-critical application teamWork in a supportive, collaborative environmentOpportunity to mentor othersUST is waiting for you!
