Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Retail - Program Manager in Cupertino CA 95014(Onsite) for a contract job. Ideally Looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in retail business planning, operations, or program management (global experience preferred).Pay Range: $115 -$121.89/hr on w2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Responsibilities:Support the intake of quarterly global programs, projects, and initiatives impacting client's Retail Stores.Build and maintain a single, integrated Stores Plan of Record that aligns initiatives across global partners.Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning resources, timelines, and priorities across all regions.Cross-Functional AlignmentAct as a liaison between Global Retail Support teams, field partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.Facilitate ongoing communication, reports, business updates, and alignment sessions with global business partners.Ensure transparency and visibility of initiative sequencing, dependencies, and milestones.Business Analysis & Decision SupportIdentify and analyze trends across programs to drive data-informed prioritization.Provide executive-ready summaries, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making.Anticipate and resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to delivery timelines.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in retail business planning, operations, or program management (global experience preferred).Experience working in a large matrixed organization, ideally within technology or premium retail.Proficiency with planning tools and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Keynote, Numbers, Smartsheet, or equivalent).Experience with data visualization and capacity modeling is a plusFor other opportunities available at Akkodis go to www.akkodis.comIf you have questions about the position, please contact Mohammed Irfan Murtuza at 732-402-8333 or irfan.murtuza@akkodisgroup.comEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
