Sr Specialist Global Product Supply - Master Planning

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of projections and assumptions that impact the buying, planning and productions volumes.Responsible for Master Data and planning parameters set-up to ensure correct execution of demand allocation and capacity distribution.Execute capacity distribution across markets within factories, considering the different supply models to service market demand.Monitor critical products and technologies to support business needs and resolve constraints.Support or lead system & process improvements through analytics and insights.Align cross divisionally/cross brand to enhance operational efficiency.Be the point of contact for Sourcing, Mid-Term/Short-Term Planning and Product Supply Stakeholders.Act as part of the strategy to improve planning, capacity and production results, aligned with Global Product Supply vision.Key RelationshipsSourcing OpsMarket SCMStrategy and ProgramGlobal Logistics and DistributionITKnowledge Skills And AbilitiesService-minded and consumer/customer orientedAnalytical thinking and ability to solve problemsTeam player and effective collaboratorAbility to communicate effectivelyGood knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel skills)Good knowledge of SAPPower BI and Databricks skills are a plusFluent in EnglishRequisite Education And Experience / Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning and information systems.
