Our culture of inclusivity, fairness, and teamwork drives success for individuals and organizations alike.On behalf of one of our trusted partners, we are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Finance Operations Lead to join their Shared Services Centre (SSC).About the RoleThe Finance Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end financial operations within the SSC. This position oversees the SSC’s infrastructure, performance management, and operational delivery across multiple finance functions, ensuring alignment with global standards and strategic business objectives.The ideal candidate will combine deep functional finance expertise with a strong understanding of SSC governance, transformation, and process excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee Finance Operations within the SSC, ensuring efficient delivery of services and adherence to global policies.Manage SSC operational infrastructure, governance framework, and performance management systems.Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across transactional finance (P2P, O2C, R2R) and reporting processes.Monitor and enhance key KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to ensure service excellence and business continuity.Collaborate with Global Process Owners and Regional Finance Leaders to identify optimization opportunities and strategic initiatives.Oversee compliance, audit readiness, and risk management for SSC operations.Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Compliance) to ensure infrastructure and systems support operational efficiency and scalability.Represent the SSC in global transformation programs and support future-state operating model design and implementation.Serve as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights for strategic decision-making.Candidate Profile:University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.8+ years of progressive experience in finance operations within a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment.Proven experience leading large-scale SSC or regional finance teams.Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and compliance frameworks.Strong background in process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Why Join:Key leadership role shaping the operational excellence of a world-class SSC.Work in a dynamic international environment with exposure to senior stakeholders.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Career development opportunities within a global organization committed to innovation and transformation.If you find yourself in the description above and want to be part of a forward-thinking international team, don’t hesitate to apply today!
