Technical leadership & expertisePerform, review and validate mechanical, thermal and CFD calculationsDefine detailed functional specifications for stack operationCollaborate with CAD designers to produce and validate detailed 2D/3D designsIdentify and develop innovative materials, design concepts, and technical solutionsApply Design-to-Cost principles in all development stepsPrepare technical specifications for procurement and manufacturingValidate suppliers through inspections and conformity assessmentsSupport and deploy validation tests (mechanical, materials, functional tests)🏭 2. Product industrializationEnsure product industrialization feasibility throughout developmentWork closely with Manufacturing, Quality and Industrialization teamsSecure design robustness and global manufacturability (EU, Asia, global sites)🚀 3. Product roadmapPropose design evolutions aligned with market expectations, performance and industrial constraintsContribute to the roadmap of two strategic stacks:High-performance EU stackGlobal standardized product🧩 4. Design Reviews governanceOrganize and lead cross-functional Design ReviewsEstablish design evolution and validation processesEnsure traceability, compliance and continuous improvement👥 5.
