About The RoleFor informal enquiries, please contact Tina Maisuria (Staff & Family Property Manager) at Tina.maisuria@warwick.ac.uk.We are looking for a Staff & Family Property Assistant to join the Warwick Accommodation/Campus Cleaning Services team within the Estates Department.The role requires you to work with a small team of assistants to provide effective and efficient customer service to tenants of staff and family properties across the University campus. This includes Responding to requests and/or complaints from tenants, general administrative work, financial administration, arranging and monitoring property repairs, carrying out mid-term tenancy inspections, assisting with assessments of each property and general maintenance and refurbishment, ensuring health and safety is maintained across all properties and controlling and issuing stock for properties.This is a full-time position, fixed term for 1 year. The hours of work will be 9am - 5pm Mon-Thurs and 9am- 4pm Fridays. This is a 5 days over 7 position which means on occasionally you may be requested to work weekends and very occasionally evenings.Flexible WorkingWe will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full-time.About YouWe are looking for a candidate who has good customer service and administrative experience.You should have good IT Skills and be confident with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
