As our organisation continues to expand, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.Role Overview: The Nurse Executive at Ihsan Kidney Care (IKC) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting the overall operations of the dialysis centre. This role involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical SOPs and MOH guidelines, maintaining accurate nursing records, and responding to emergencies. The Nurse Executive works closely with the Centre Manager and Nurse Manager to uphold service standards, support patient education, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Responsible for the administration and operations of Ihsan Kidney Care (IKC), including but not limited to the following:Adhere to all clinical SOPs of Ihsan Kidney CareProvide quality nursing care and maintain service standards of Ihsan Kidney CareSupervise enrolled nursing staffRespond to the needs of the work environment by creating a safe and efficient workplaceWork closely with the Centre Manager & Nurse Manager in all aspects of operationsEnsure all guidelines as stipulated by MOH are strictly adhered toProvide education of the dialysis patientsEnsure all nursing records are maintained and updated promptlyStandby to be on hand, for all emergency casesHandle all emergencies in IKCAny other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager and Assistant Nurse ManagerQualificationsEducation:A recognized nursing qualification (Diploma or Degree in Nursing).Clinical Competency: Strong knowledge of clinical SOPs and the ability to provide quality nursing care in a dialysis setting. Familiarity with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines related to healthcare and dialysis.Communication and Education: Proficient in patient education, particularly for dialysis patients.
