The candidate must have strong experience in stainless steel fabrication and prior experience working on KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) projects.🔧 Key Responsibilities Manage daily stainless-steel workshop operations and fabrication activities. Supervise welders, fabricators, and workshop technicians. Ensure fabrication work meets project specifications and KOC standards. Review technical drawings and coordinate with project/site teams. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely project completion. Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.📌 Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a stainless steel fabrication workshop. KOC project experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, and workshop management. Knowledge of welding processes (TIG, MIG, ARC). Good leadership and communication skills.
