About This JobThe Department of Environmental Quality/Office of Financial Services has a vacancy. The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality’s (LDEQ) mission is to provide service to the people of Louisiana through comprehensive environmental protection in order to promote and protect health, safety, and welfare. Join a Team Dedicated to Environmental Stewardship and Fiscal Integrity. The Trust Fund Section within the Financial Services Division is responsible for managing Louisiana’s Motor Fuels Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund.

Minimum QualificationsThree years of experience in an environmental, natural resource management, or regulatory enforcement program; ORSix years of full-time work experience in any field; ORA bachelor’s degree. Experience Substitution: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours, which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.
