Job Duties and Other InformationImplements nursing care consistent with medical treatment prescribed by a PhysicianAssume responsibility for the accurate implementation of the medical plan based upon the changing needs of the clientResponsible for administration of medications and treatmentsReports behavior changes and symptoms to the Physician and/or Nursing SupervisorPerforms assessments of clients, assess the client to attain optimal body functions from admission to dischargePerforms nursing skills in accordance with established policies and proceduresKeep families informed of all health changes in clients and communicate in a professional manner with positive outcomesPosition-Specific Details: Appointment Type:
Probation, Job Appointment, Demotion, Lateral or Transfer. Current permanent status, classified employees may be required to accept a Probational appointed if selected. Career Progression: This position may be filled as a RN 1, 2, or 3. Work Schedule: Will be required to work 8, 12 or 16 hour shifts, shifts will be determined based on facility needs. Compensation: Registered Nurse 1-3 SER: RN 1 - $ 2,387. 20 Biweekly, RN 2 - $ 2,554. 40 Biweekly, RN 3 - $ 2,733. 60 Biweekly. This position is eligible for a premium pay rate of up to $10. 00 per hour for the hours worked for market conditions. There is also a premium pay for Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse certification of $0.
