Job Tittle : State Trade Customer Marketing Education : MBA or relevant preferred Location : ChandigarhExperience : Minimum 3-4 years in trade marketing role in FMCG industryJob Responsibilities :Key AccountabilitiesTrade Marketing OperationsCo-create trade marketing plans in coordination with Sales teams & Regional Marketing Manager.Take charge of ensuring excellent outlet execution of trade marketing plans and PICOS across channels – off-trade and on-trade - taking assistance of sales teams or external vendors where required.Identify along with Sales teams and Data Analytics the right set of outlets for Visibility and Promo activations.Oversee and manage brand merchandise & assets in godowns; coordinate effective utilization of the same at the points of sale or where required. Arrange for and coordinate with external manpower from various agencies where required for execution of TM programs. Ensure Sales Assets like visicoolers are utilized effectively - proper deployment in correct outlets; proper placement within outlets; stocking as per agree planogram. Provide on-ground support for Brand team-led activations and events. Vendor ManagementMaintain healthy working relationship and lead strategic partnerships with the key vendors providing various trade marketing related products and services (retail design, displays, gift articles, key chains etc.)Identify and partner with various manpower and event agencies to conduct large scale events within defined budgetInvite quotations for the requirements from the vendors/partners. Conduct field visits and technical evaluation of the vendors as per defined quality parameters and metrics.Partner with procurement team to drive negotiation with vendors and conduct auction for procuring big ticket or frequently used products/services in minimum cost by leveraging competitive market and pricingEnsure timely payment to the vendors as per defined SLA. Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with State sales team to collate sales data points about UBL and competitor products to execute the trade marketing plansCollaborate with the Regional Sales & Marketing Teams for new brand launches and market activation initiatives. Plan for trade marketing initiatives to successfully realize the defined sales targets by ensuring last mile execution.Coordinate with finance team for submission of vendor bills, process and payment approvals, ensuring timely payment to the vendors and resolving vendor related queries
