We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Business Manager (Thailand) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work: Enhance relationship with exciting and new accounts while collaborating with local colleagues and as part of a global account team. This includes developing and implementing account plans in alignment with strategic marketing initiatives, managing forecasting and supply activities as well as local product qualification efforts. Contact and qualify all new assigned sales leads and/or target accounts identified by strategic marketing. Incorporate promotion of new products to new and existing customers.
Maintain and grow profitable sales per the annual sales budget, engage with customers via phone, email, Webex, and in person visits on a National and International level. Maintain sales and create new opportunities with a strong sales pipeline. This position requires a high level of autonomy. The individual needs to be self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritize job duties daily. Some functions require travel on a regular basis and an ability to work extra hours if needed (Overseas calls with other regions).
Works collaboratively with team members in other functions such as customer service, inside sales, supply chain and product management. Requirements: 3-5 years of related experience in trading polymers in Thailand and International markets. Able to work under flexible time due to different time zone. Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips. Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations. Domestic traveling will be required.
