Your team. Your results.Your Role: Business Leader on the Shop FloorAs Store Manager, you are fully responsible for the commercial and operational performance of the store. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and understand how to translate targets into daily action.You will:Lead, coach, and develop your retail team to consistently perform at their bestDrive sales growth, KPIs, and profitabilityTake ownership of scheduling, stock flow, cost control, and store operationsAnalyse daily and weekly sales figures (Excel-based reporting) and act decisivelyMaintain high VM and store standards in line with our brand identityEnsure an exceptional and energetic customer experienceBuild a strong team culture based on accountability, collaboration, and energyWho This Role Is Perfect ForWe are specifically looking for:Department Managers or Assistant Store Managers from larger fashion or lifestyle retailersStore Managers who want more autonomy and entrepreneurial ownershipLeaders who enjoy being visible on the floor and leading by exampleYou bring:Minimum 2 years of management experience in retailStrong commercial insight and KPI-driven decision-makingExperience managing teams of 5–15+ employeesConfidence working with Excel and structured reportingFluency in Dutch and/or English.
