Store Manager

Role Description:The Store Manager will be responsible for managing Express Store operations for Blinkit in the designated region/location. The role involves overseeing all logistics activities related to the express store, including fleet/transportation and last-mile delivery. The Store Manager will also play a key role in performance analysis and process enhancement to improve service levels.Key Responsibilities:Manage overall express store operations in the assigned region.Oversee logistics activities, including fleet management, transportation, and last-mile delivery.Analyze supply chain data and performance to ensure operational efficiency.Enhance processes to improve SLAs and optimize delivery performance.Maintain supply chain inventory and accurate records.Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.Skills Required:Basic computer knowledgeProficiency in MS ExcelFluency in EnglishGood email communication skillsEducational Qualifications:Mandatory 15 years (12+3) of formal educationGraduate / 3-year DiplomaAdditional Preferences:Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.Candidates comfortable with the local language will be preferred.
