Enjoy competitive compensation, and attractive employee benefits.RESPONSIBILITIES:Team Development:- Craft a fashion-forward team through strategic staff planning and time management.- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for a stylish in-store team.- Set operational goals aligned with the essence of Retail.- Provide regular feedback and conduct team development activities, fostering a culture of elegance and excellence.Store Administration and Operation:- Elevate the shopping experience with meticulous in-store budgeting and finance management.- Coordinate administrative topics with a global perspective, ensuring seamless operations.- Provide insightful reports and highlight KPIs, aligning with the retail industry's dynamic standards.- Liaise with HR for onboarding, feedback, and maintain impeccable store standards.- Uphold and implement Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring a fashion-forward atmosphere.- Safeguard inventory management standards and adapt to operational needs.Customer Engagement:- Embrace the role of a brand ambassador, cultivating B2C relationships.- Enhance customer satisfaction, delivering impeccable client service- Navigate contentious situations with grace, coordinating both sales and aftersales processes.- Cultivate and update the client database, developing strong business relationships with local partners.PROFILEThe ideal profile should have:- High school degree or equivalent; university degree in a business-related field.- At least 5 years in fashion retail management, with a keen understanding of the retail sector.- Fluent in German and english- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.LOCATION: Landquart
