Our client an industry leader in the pharma ecosystem is looking for a Capability Manager to strengthen their global Marketing Technologies function and support the evolution of their enterprise CRM landscape.This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys simplifying complexity, aligning diverse stakeholders, and shaping end-to-end customer-engagement processes on a global scale.Role DetailsLocation: BaselStart: ASAP (latest start 12 January 2026)Contract: Until 31 December 2026, with a high likelihood of extensionWorkload: 100%Hybrid work: Home office availableTravel: Global What You’ll DoAs the Capability Manager, you will:Lead the global governance and evolution of enterprise CRM capabilitiesOrchestrate key omnichannel processes such as segmentation frameworks, rating methodologies, consent management, insights workflows, and customer master dependenciesEnsure business readiness, adoption, and ongoing optimization of new CRM capabilitiesAct as a connector between business and technology teams, enabling harmonized global processes that still support local needsNavigate cross-functional dependencies (MDM, CIAM, Consent, Case Management, Marketing Automation, and more) What You BringA university degree in business or a related field5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience, Omnichannel engagement, or CRM capability designHands-on experience with Salesforce, Veeva, IQVIA OCE-P, or other enterprise commercial systemsExperience working in global or matrix environmentsA structured, proactive mindset and strong collaboration skillsFluency in English
