About The JobAs part of a small and highly effective team embedded within Group Finance, you will support Sonova’s growth agenda through strategic M&A and corporate development activities. You’ll work across functions and geographies to identify opportunities, structure deals, and execute transactions that deliver long-term value. In return for your strong analytical mindset, financial expertise, and strategic perspective, you’ll join a collaborative and purpose-driven culture that empowers you to take ownership, grow your career, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions worldwide.More About The RoleLead or support M&A transactions at Group level, from evaluation to executionDevelop business cases and valuation models to assess strategic opportunitiesCoordinate and lead due diligence activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholdersPrepare management decision papers and presentations for senior leadershipStructure deals, including financial and tax considerations, and drive/support the negotiation processesOversee post-merger transition activities such as business case validation and purchase price allocation (PPA)Ensure consistent monitoring and documentation of the M&A decision-making processMore About YouBachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of proven experience in M&A, corporate development, or transaction advisoryAdvanced analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skillsStructured, independent thinker with strong business acumen and project management capabilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and culturesMaster’s degree, MBA, or CFA qualification preferredExperience in healthcare, medtech, or related industries is an advantageEnglish language is a must; German is a plusMore About What We OfferAs one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
