Sajilo Net, one of Nepal’s fastest-growing ISPs, is seeking a Store Operations & Logistics Manager to lead inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations with a strong focus on telecom/ISP equipment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize inventory of ISP equipment (routers, ONUs, switches, fiber, etc. ). Oversee import/export procedures, customs clearance, and compliance with Nepali tax policies. Develop and enforce SOPs for receiving, testing, storing, dispatching, and recovering equipment. Implement and optimize store/inventory management software for real-time stock tracking. Ensure efficient logistics, vendor coordination, and timely service delivery to customers.
Control costs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with ISP logistics frameworks. Lead and develop the store & logistics team to drive operational excellence. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Telecommunications (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of experience in store/logistics management, with 3+ years in leadership (ISP/Telecom preferred). Strong knowledge of Nepali customs, import/export, ISP logistics, and tax policies. Hands-on experience with store/inventory management systems (IMS/WMS/ERP).
