The Store Operations Manager will oversee daily retail operations, manage multiple store teams, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain inventory control. Responsibilities include overseeing operations management, managing profit and loss (P&L), and ensuring compliance with company policies.QualificationsExperience in Retail Operations and Operations ManagementProficiency in P&L Management and Inventory ControlExcellent Customer Service skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesEffective communication and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredExperience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
