Store Training Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for a Store Training Manager. The Store Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to consistently develop the skills and performance of team members. This role includes onboarding new Franchise Partner and store staff, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of store operations and products, delivery of the LeWrap new business training program, conducting workshops, monitoring staff performance, and identifying learning opportunities. Additionally, the Training Manager will collaborate with management to ensure adherence to company standards and create a positive and productive work environment.
