We have the job for you!About The RoleReporting to the General Manager – Business Services, we’re hiring a People & Talent Business Partner with more than 5 years’ experience based in our newly renovated Melbourne office. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of people-related aspect of our business, and collaborating with leaders to develop and implement people initiatives supporting business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Work with the national P&T team to develop strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent. Support State Managers and Team Leads across the employment life cycle. Support the People & Talent team with national initiatives, projects, deadlines and employee relations. Contribute to initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.About YouThis role will suit someone with experience in HR, People and Culture, based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years generalist experience in HR. An understanding of HR best practices and employment law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members at all levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information or situations.
