We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. 🚍🙌What You’ll Be Doing: In this varied role, you’ll:Partner closely with hiring managers to understand open roles and candidate profilesProactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and referralsMaintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and sourcing activity within the HRISCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including sending interview confirmations, follow-up emails, and feedbackStay current on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in sourcing and recruitmentManage background checks, offer letters, and onboarding processes for preferred candidatesPerform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as directedWhat You’ll Bring: ✅ Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships✅Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills✅Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.✅Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.✅Minimum Certificate IV Human Resources or Certificate IV Business✅Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have working rights in AustraliaWhat We Offer You: At Busways, we don’t just transport people – we care about every part of the journey.
