Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a People and Culture Advisor, with a primary location in Auburn, NSW, and flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing the day-to-day HR activities, including developing and implementing HR policies, advising on labor and employment law, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards. The advisor will also support management in fostering an inclusive and motivated workplace culture and be accountable for company compliances such as work cover, licensing and memberships. Qualifications Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes and HR management principlesExperience in formulating and implementing HR policiesKnowledge of labor and employment law to ensure compliance with legal standardsStrong skills in addressing employee relations and nurturing employee engagementExcellent organizational and interpersonal communication skillsProven ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredExperience in supporting a diverse range of industry sectors is a plusStarting Salary of 90k plus super, with potential opportunity for progression into P&C Business Partner in the future.
